Home cleaning, matched to a vendor who is actually allowed to do it.
HomeToClean is a matching service, not a cleaning company. Tell us what your home needs and we put you in front of vetted, insured cleaning vendors who cover your estate. You compare, you decide.
No charge to you. No obligation to book.

What do you need done?
Most people book the wrong service and pay for it. The difference that matters is whether the work is billed by the hour or as a flat rate for the whole home.
-
Part-Time Cleaning
Recurring weekly or fortnightly home cleaning, billed by the hour, with a 3 to 4 hour minimum per session.
S$22–32 per hour
-
Deep Cleaning
A whole-home reset priced per property, not per hour. Covers the accumulated build-up that routine sessions never reach.
S$280–850 per session, by property size
-
Move-Out Cleaning
End-of-tenancy and pre-handover cleaning scoped against a landlord or HDB handover checklist, carried out in an empty unit.
S$290–900 per session, by property size
-
Move-In Cleaning
Pre-occupancy cleaning of an empty unit before your belongings arrive, so surfaces are sanitised before first use.
S$250–700 per session, by property size
-
Post-Renovation Cleaning
Multi-stage removal of cement dust, paint splatter and adhesive residue after renovation. Different equipment, different process, priced by size and debris level.

-
Spring Cleaning
The pre-Chinese New Year whole-home reset. Same scope family as a deep clean, but demand and pricing are seasonal.
S$180–800 per session, by property size, before seasonal surcharge
-
Mattress & Sofa Cleaning
Hot water extraction for upholstery and mattresses, with dust mite treatment. Priced per item, not per hour or per home.
S$45–350 per item
What it should cost
Indicative market ranges, before GST at 9%. Cleaning prices key off property size far more than off which town you live in, so this is the table worth reading first.

Why a very cheap quote should worry you. A full-time cleaner in the licensed sector has a basic wage floor of S$2,080 a month under the Progressive Wage Model, and that is before employer CPF, insurance, transport and supplies. A quote that cannot cover those costs is usually being met somewhere else, and the risk tends to land on your household. How we check vendors .
How the matching works
-
01
Tell us what you need
Your town, property size, service and how often. One short message, about a minute to write.
-
02
We match you to checked vendors
We pass your request to vendors who cover your estate and have cleared our checks on insurance, work-pass compliance and business registration.
-
03
You compare and decide
Quotes come back to you directly. You choose, or you choose nobody. There is no charge to you for being matched.
What we check before we match
Home cleaning in Singapore is less regulated than most people assume. Cleaning of domestic premises is excluded from the NEA cleaning business licence regime, which means the badge many companies lead with does not cover the work being done inside your flat.
So we check the things that do apply.
-
Insurance that covers your home
Public liability for damage to your property, and Work Injury Compensation cover, which is mandatory for employees doing manual work.
-
Legal right to work
The cheapest quotes in this market often come from people who cannot lawfully accept the job. The penalties reach the household, not only the worker.
-
A real registered business
An ACRA-registered entity you can look up, that invoices properly and can be held to what it agreed.

Common questions
Do you employ the cleaners yourselves?
No. HomeToClean is a matching service. We connect you with independent cleaning vendors who have cleared our checks, and your agreement for the work is with the vendor you choose, not with us.
What does it cost to be matched?
Nothing. You pay the vendor for the cleaning if you decide to book. There is no fee to you for the introduction and no obligation to accept any quote.
Is there a minimum number of hours?
Almost always, yes. Most vendors in Singapore set a 3 or 4 hour minimum per session. The reason is travel: a cleaner who spends an hour crossing the island for a 90-minute job cannot make the day work economically. If a 2-room flat only needs two hours of actual work, you will still normally be billed for the minimum.
How is deep cleaning priced differently from part-time cleaning?
Part-time cleaning is billed per hour. Deep cleaning is quoted as a flat rate against the size of the property. This matters, because a deep clean quoted to you as an hourly figure is a warning sign: it transfers the risk of the job overrunning from the vendor to you, and it is the most common way households end up paying more than they expected.
How quickly can someone come?
It depends on your town and the service. Recurring part-time slots in central estates often start within a week. Deep cleaning and post-renovation work need more lead time, and the weeks before Chinese New Year are the hardest period of the year to book at short notice.
Tell us about your home and we will find the right vendor for it.
One short message. No charge, no obligation, and your details only go to the vendors matched to your request.
