Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By using this site or submitting an enquiry through it, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

2. What we do, and what we do not do

HomeToClean is a matching service. We introduce households in Singapore to independent third-party cleaning vendors.

We do not:

• carry out cleaning work ourselves
• employ, supervise or direct the cleaners who attend your home
• set the prices that vendors quote you
• act as agent for you or for any vendor

When you accept a vendor's quote, you enter into a contract directly with that vendor. HomeToClean is not a party to it. Questions about scope, timing, payment, rescheduling, damage or workmanship are matters between you and the vendor.

3. Vendor checks, and their limits

We carry out checks on vendors before matching them, as described on our vendor standards page. Those checks are made in good faith on the information and documents available to us at the time.

We do not warrant or guarantee the quality, timeliness or outcome of any work carried out by a vendor, and a vendor's circumstances can change after we have checked them. You remain responsible for satisfying yourself about any vendor before engaging them, and for agreeing scope and price with them directly.

4. Prices shown on this site

Prices on this site are indicative market ranges in Singapore dollars, compiled from published sources, and are stated before GST at 9%. They are provided so you can judge whether a quote is reasonable.

They are not quotations and not offers. They do not bind us or any vendor. Your actual price comes from the vendor, after they have understood your home and what you need. Market rates change, and a range that is accurate today may not be in six months.

5. Enquiries and your details

When you submit an enquiry and give consent, we pass your details to the vendors matched to your request so they can quote you. Your enquiry may go to more than one vendor. How we handle your data is set out in our Privacy Policy.

You agree that the information you give us is accurate, and that you are enquiring on your own behalf or with the authority of the person you are enquiring for.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• submit false, misleading or automated enquiries
• use the site for any unlawful purpose
• attempt to interfere with, probe or disrupt the site or its infrastructure
• scrape, copy or republish substantial parts of the site's content without permission

7. No charge to you

We do not charge you for being matched with a vendor, and you are under no obligation to accept any quote.

8. Intellectual property

The content of this site, including the text, pricing guidance and design, belongs to SKAP Waste Management Pte Ltd unless otherwise stated. You may read and share it for personal, non-commercial use. You may not reproduce it commercially without our written permission.

9. Limitation of liability

The site and its content are provided on an "as is" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude liability for any loss or damage arising from:

• your use of, or reliance on, information published on this site, including price ranges
• the acts or omissions of any vendor, including the quality of any cleaning work, any damage caused during it, or any failure to attend
• any dispute between you and a vendor
• the site being unavailable or containing errors

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

10. Third-party links

Our enquiry form is delivered by a third-party form provider, and this site uses Google Analytics. We are not responsible for their content or their independent handling of your data.

11. Changes

We may change these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when they were last changed. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, and the courts of Singapore have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
